Phew I stopped watching Eastenders as all the soaps at least 12 years ago, so I am safe from another round of therapy then :10:

I think some people are drifting off the point of the thread. I'm not sure ex-husbands or 'knobs' are things we are supposed to like, or are liked by the majority, are they?

Anyway, some of mine:

corn on the cob/sweetcorn
going in the sea
Coronation Street
radio one
nightclubs/loud, overcrowded, social venues
cucumber
Comediennes, in particualr Miranda Hart and Sarah Milican

skateboarding
other peoples babies/kids
cyclists
alternative people/self-styled colourful characters who describe themselves as being wacky/crazy/fun who wear t-shirts with slogans such as 'I'm not an alcoholic, alcoholics go to meetings.'

I find I dont like loads of alcoholic drinks that other people adore, or certainly think is cool to adore, so I try them because I want to be cool too, but find they taste of piss, this includes:

all wine (except for one I had, one glass of once and didnt get the name of)
margaritas
mojitos
dissarano
desparados
tequila
champagne
and baileys

to name a few
 
I can`t stand champagne or Baileys either Jim.
Whisky is something i just cannot drink.I think it `s probably due to swallowing a litre of it as a 17 year old and the nurses attempting to pump my stomach.I then ,being completely out of my head told them where to go.
A few days later i called on a mate`s house to collect the cancer and polio pools and his Mum asked me how i was feeling.
It took a few seconds,but the penny dropped.It was my mate`s mum,who i hadn`t recognised,that was one of the nurses trying to treat me.If ever i wanted the ground to swallow me up,that was it !
Still,a valuable lesson was learned and she forgave me.
 
Ha ha, I think nurses get that allt he time mate, I wouldnt worry.

I cant stand any whiskey either - I've tried the proper pricey stuff neat, or jack daniels with coke - just cannot stand the stuff!

I hear you, brother. It just ruins the coke. I'd rather neck the shot and use the coke to wash out my mouth.

That said, I'm that way with all spirits.
