Will just post this link here so we can monitor the penalty situation throughout the rest of the season.

Considering the amount of time City spend inside their opponent's 18 yard box and the number of touches our players make when there.....a return of just two penalties so far this season doesn't quite seem balanced.

Rags 2018/19 season.......

Before the arrival of The Gilded One........24 games/4 penalties.

After his arrival........10 games/4 penalties.

Now, this may be because they are spending more time in their opponent's penalty area than under The Not So Special One, but then again......
