This, sympathy, isn't something too many would have (I suspect) for Rafa Benitez?

However, Manuel Pellegrini knows all about management at Real Madrid and how this is usually 'a short-lived' thing as, like former Liverpool boss Benitez, he was sacked after a short time at the Bernabeu.

.....and Pellegrini was sacked despite obtaining that record overall points tally. Go figure.
 
Any coach going to Madrid must understand they will be shown no respect and shown the door quick smart if results do not go super well, or if Lady-boy should take a disliking to you. The same is the case at Chelsea and they will find it harder than ever to seduce a top coach for next season with no CL Football to offer. As for the Spanish waiter he will pop up again, make no mistake in the game of musical chairs.
