PCP Companies

Do any of you company car drivers have a recommendation for companies offering decent PCP deals? I get a car allowance and I need to change my car. Problem I'm finding is that I do about 20,000 miles a year and the monthly charges start pushing the allowance too much. Excess mileage is stupidly expensive.
