hopefully lambert will join sunderland and sign westwood, gabby and guzan for vastly over inflated fee's.

Yes - nice one, but surely they really need an NZog as well - that would be heaven and they could all go down together

Baseball cap and a gilet, they'll love him up there

before long it'll be Klopp the flop

:19: Don't get me wrong he may well turn out there saviour but there ay no guarentee's in football, and Klopp don't half look scruffy for a manager, Fear would have a fit if he was appointed Villa manager! :17:

Ancelotti should be there first port of call experienced and proven in this league and all over,,,,i am amazed Klopp is preferred over Ancelotti tbh

If Paul Lambert does end up at Sunderland, he might well do all right.
Sadly, there seems to be something in the atmosphere around Birmingham 6 which sucks all the ability out of people who have been reasonably successful elsewhere.

Yeah, it's called Lerner..............

Here's a report that Arsenal have taken Tomy Pablo Angel, the 12 yr old son of Villa legend Juan, on trial.

Worth a read just to watch some of Juan's goals he scored for us......

Dundee.............. and Riccardo Calder.

Nice article here about Riccardo's loan at Dundee. Seems he's settling in and putting some good performances together including setting up both goals in Dundee's 2-1 win over Motherwell last Saturday.

It's been announced that Klipperty Klopp has signed a three year deal to manage the bindippers......

not sure if this is the right thread, but this is the average amount people are paying for season tickets.

Our % of season ticket holders is the lowest, though we are quite high up the table for the average cost of a ticket factoring in the fact that we're not in London, and we've been shit for years.

looking at that table, maybe we should bring our prices down similar to what Swansea or even albion charge. Maybe another 5/6k on the attendance may get some atmosphere, feel good factor and a few refereeing decisions to go out way.

Pretty sure if there was a cost per goal / point table we'd be top by quite some distance.

Maybe VP is the downfall....put the tickets up so the players don't have to play in front of fans who expect to see them play football ?

The expectation of shots on targets, passing to team mates and human errors is obviously too much to handle.

Never liked Lolverpool, persecution complex club. I think Klopp will fail there.

Me neither, can see the headlines on the back pages. Klopp the flop leaves the Kop.

I think one thing is for sure, Klopp, Flop, Drop, Stop, Kop, etc will be used to great extent on the back pages over his time at the club.

was shocked how much the plop charge to watch the garbage they serve up. I'm surprised the fans haven't claimed that they are being victimised.

considering they were complaining about hull charging them £50quid a ticket they should practise what they preach.

Just watching an interview with gazza on sky sports. Apparently the first club he spoke to when he was coming back from lazio was us. He had a meeting with deadly doug but wasnt impressed because all deadly wanted to do was talk about himself!. Never knew we even considered getting gazza. Imagine if we had signed him in 1995 under brian little. We finished fourth a couple of times around then. Could've been the difference to a couple or more places higher. He played some great stuff after signing for glasgow rangers aswell.
Makes me even more depressed!.
