How can they get away with providing the documents that no doubt prove them guilty. Surely whoever is refusing is guilty of contempt which in itself carries a prison sentence. There is precedence for this if they are found guilty as Swindon Town got a 2 division demotion in 1990 and their Chairman receiving a 6 month prison sentence.

It's not a Court court from my understanding - disclosure rules don't apply exactly the same for some bizarre reason. That's why the PL have now gone more formal to try and end the nonsense by actually going to court and not using their own mediation and request procedures.

Deserved to go down last season, only survived due to Wednesdays points deduction. Rooney will be out by October I would imagine
