So the extended year accounts of our near neighbours have finally appeared, with more than one surprise..
In a bid to get round FFP P&S or whatever else its called, Chancer has done the owd tuna two step and sold the ground to himself for £38m, and wowee, with this, they made a modest profit. Handshakes and cigars all round.
The underlying numbers are that for a revenue of £25m they spend £48m which is a fools errand and no mistake. The 'now you see it, now you don't' sale of the ground is a once only opportunity, and can't be repeated. So in summary it appears Chancer has shoved £40m in the hole to give them a chance this season. I sure hope Brucie doesn't leave too...
