nuno - to leave? Fabrizio Romano

Nuno was dealt a terrible hand. He succeeded a fan favourite, who in the eyes of many, could do know wrong. He had a terrible defence to deal with, 2 of which pissed off to Afcon and came back injured. We had the most first team players at Afcon in the EPL. We then got a point deduction and went to war with PGMOL and the EPL.

I'm surprised he did as well as he did. He got CHO playing well, revived Wood, who was being played completely wrong by Cooper and against all odds, and I mean all odds with a seemingly corrupt system kept us up. Back to back away wins for the first time in the EPL with a shit squad.

This man needs our backing and especially the owners.

King Nuno 😎
Yawn.

I think, whatever?

And, but, but. but...

Maybe

Sean Dyche!

Defenders? Hmm? Yes i thought so.

Aren't they though? I thought as much!

Yum: Tarcrapski and Shaun/Shane Duffy.
Great. IMO, eh?

Isn't it?

What's that?

GOAL!!!!

Tarkowski is one of the best headers of the ball in the league

2nd in the league for a fact.

What a ridiculous post - I expect far more from you Woanz.
It hasn’t worked?
Under the most stressful circumstances with everything against us, he averaged over a point per game and the general quality of play was the best since the Collymore year.
Some don’t live in the real world!
Well played NES and here is to making further progress next season

If we are taking Wolves managers I’d rather have GON he’s been great with Bournemouth & then took over wolves in crisis & done a very good job under the radar & with some ridiculous VAR decisions

The same Wolves that didn’t win any of their last 10 games, who we out played twice?

I've been critical of Nuno, and made quite clear that I've been unimpressed with his record. I'll admit to having softened in the last couple of weeks (despite being particularly pissed off post-Chelsea).

His interview with Colin Fray yesterday gave some much needed insight into the struggles and challenges he's faced, and there has been quite a lot of interesting talk on Forest Focus around Nuno being the right man or not. I've been swayed into thinking he probably does deserve a tilt at it with less turbulence than he's had this season.

He's also closed the season out with a bit of an upturn in results, and the main criticism has been that whilst we've looked good the points haven't reflected it. It's unfair to not give credit for taking an increase in points return when I've knocked him for it previously.

So it makes sense that now I've started to change my mind, he's going to end up sacked. I'm not about to start making a robust defence for the chap, but I've come round to giving him the benefit of the doubt.
This is representative of my methodology on most things Forest......
