This is such a difficult call. Nuno has been great for us . . .
But like Wolves he has realised he’s reached the limits of his capabilities?
Does he feel he can satisfy our owners ambitions or is he scared?

More seriously . . .
Did he throw the game against West Ham to prove a point.
Did he choose the squad that he did for Europa cup as a fuck you ?

Either way knuckle down and get with the program or get the fuck out of our club.

Nuno are you committed to the owners ambitions?
Are you committed towards the owners goals ?
Or our you motivated by less exacting motivations?

Come on Nuno you know we respect you, talk to us, make us understand or get the fuck out. We’ll support you so long as your heart is still with the club. If not pray that none of your friends and family own a bakery.

Really like that last paragraph. Exactly where im at. Think the fans have also earned a bit of honesty.

That is totally fucking preposterous.

For Nuno to throw a game, the whole fucking team would have to be in on it.

How would that be kept secret?

In all instances of teams throwing games, those good people at the Bookmakers have got to hear about it, mainly through irregular betting patterns.

If that had happened, it would have been all over the back pages.

How can there be any funny business with the squad selection for the Europa League?

Do you think Nuno just drew the list up and sent it off to UEFA without anyone at the Club knowing?

Drawing up the squad would have been a team effort, and Nuno would have had his say - there are other factors to take into account besides who he actually wants in the squad - factors like who qualifies and who does not - Factors like how do we get the squad cost ratio figures correct, a factor Nuno would have had no idea about.

I do not know for sure, but I would think Nuno would not be bothering his arse with any of the admin work; the Club has people dedicated to that task.

There have been some barking mad theories doing the rounds this week; the tin foil hat brigade have had a great week
There are more subtle ways of throwing a game. Bad or confusing instructions to players. How else do you explain losing to cannon fodder 3-0 at home ? Or it could just be that he was moody/downbeat in the run up to the game. Its his job to motivate the players. By common consent MGW had a bad game. Maybe he was mindful of a possible full debut for England and didn't want to get injured. Nuno should have been aware of that (if true) and taken that into consideration.

I simply don't know, but it looks suss to me.

You are conflating Nuno "throwing the game", which he categorically did not do, with Nuno making decisions that prejudiced our chances of getting a result, which he did at a very mild level with his decisions around substitutions - decisions that I believe were political more than footballing

Lol lol lol

This is getting fookin ridiculous

We were just beaten in a football game

We had most of the possession but didn't make it count

Happens every fookin week up and down the country

If hadn't been for the previous couple of weeks I wouldn't have even considered it.

Coincidental don't you think. As a very minimum a vibe was transferred to the players, consciously or not.

Any number of the factors you mention can contribute to a poor performance, but "throwing the game" means losing on purpose. It's very different to losing because of a bad performance.

Any manager worth his salt will be hard to please and difficult to work with; thats the very nature of the job.

All managers' jobs end one way, and they all know it
Absolutely Mao, don’t disagree at all.

We all adored BC and he could be the most belligerent of the lot.

I think the point Jordan was making was that beneath the calm demeanour and beaming white toothed smile Nuno likes to portray, there’s a more truculent side to his nature.

He’s been absolutely amazing for us I just wish he’d kept his comments out of the media. All his concerns could have been dealt with in-house. Airing his grievances publicly was poor judgement for me.

It really is silly season on here
I can’t believe the collective crap you lot have written over the last couple of pages.
That made me thinking chap the collective of crap would likely be pile.Thoughts chap?

Word of the day, truculent, chap! Liking your work.
