Not quite the match thread.

i agree on the effort and work rate. always trys. but where does he fit in? hes not a left back. hes not a left winger and hes too small to boss a midfield in the centre. rotherham must have been licking their lips when they saw him lineup at left back.

Hard to disagree.

He did, but he seemed to drift or push himself inwards & hence, ball went over him at just over half way up the post.

As I said, more than just Osborn at fault for that goal.

Ok we get you prefer a left back who dives and tries to get himself sent off while offering nothing going forward.

Not at all, CP - I think Benny has provided cover when needed, but he is not a specialist left back and one would certainly be on my shopping list this season.

Currently, there are about 5-6 positions on the shopping list and a Manager may be added to that too, if he continues to select sides and make substitutions that baffle!

I had a chat with my mate who I got to games with and he said for 85 mins the ball was up in the air being hoofed. Hes backed MoN up until now but said we were awful on Saturday and agreed MoN isnt the man to take us forward. He said there was a real bad atmosphere amongst the fans and a few took it out on the stewards.
Owd got.
