How come somebody took the trouble to black out his name at the beginning but left the name Findlay in after that,it kinda defeats the point and how can he lose his job for the crime if he hadn't been found guilty of wrong doing yet?

I blacked his name out as he has not been convicted and from the picture i posted imagine no one would be able to identify him, as for losing his job they posted a video and it showed him in far better detail and you can see him not paying the video also showed something else he was doing that was illegal but i cannot go into detail, i am not surprised he has been fired.
