I absolutely HATE all that 'chip on the shoulder' 'everyone hates us' crap that a large section of our support whitters and whines on about.

 
It's all bollocks. What is true however, is that Spurs are not a media suckling teat. We're a professional close knit, down to businesses well sorted set up. A Club that has been consistent in the area of development and improvement, without the huge headline massive signings of players and managers.

And all that does not bode well with the media, and many supporters of clubs that attempt to buy silverware........especially when we produce talent that is the envy of the worlds largest clubs.
 
Spurs need to win trophies end of. Spurs are not rated because spurs don't win anything.
 
Sorry, but I have to agree with the article. Apart from Gary Neville, others are constantly finding holes in our set up. The point made about Klopp and Liverpool is also a valid one. Harry Redknapp got everyone talking us up because he never shut up!...not that I'd want him back. Ghana's point about trophies will now carry greater merit imo. They were saying Harry is not YET world class 'cos he ain't won anything yet (bar the pair of boots!) If we can keep on progressing, become the regular top-4 and start filling that dusty cabinet.....you never know!
 
Odd article, long on subjective personalised analysis, short on facts.

The key contention appears to be that we are disliked as a club because Poch isn't as 'media-friendly' as Klopp, Mourinho and Guardiola.

Seems biazzre and odd to me when Poch is being lauded for his progress with his English and admired for his straight forward honesty and the fact that all the pundits bar none are praising him almost non-stop for the progress we continue to make...

As I said, odd article and see or hear no evidence to support it from other supporters - in fact just the opposite.

It's very odd, can't say I've ever experienced it from anyone - apart from le arse fans !
 
All no one likes united, but the have won 4 trophies in 12 months

More than we have in 30 odd years
