Despite Liverpool's great form, I think there a few things that we could do to get a result at the weekend.

A gamble worth taking by Rafa Benitez?

Should we play Merino ahead of Shelvey this weekend?

The Premier League have now announced the Match Day officials that will take charge of the game between Liverpool and Newcastle United this Saturday.

As I speak, Rafa will probably have ruled out or in some players

Shelvey is out cattled.

TNMW, did you mean bottled?
Reckon he's that sort of bloke.

It crossed my mind the other day that Shelvey is being protected. It happened with Joselu and the timely 'virus' not so long ago as well.

I reckon this is a big chance for Merino to stake a claim in the side

Tomorrow`s encounter at Anfield is going to be a tough one for the Magpies. Rafa will come up against a manager who will look to exploit our weaknesses.

NUFC are 14-1 ! Bookies clearly don't give them a chance. Liverpool have a cracking, exciting squad who are entertaining neutrals all over the place. However, if they have a weakness, it is in their continual attack. If Newcastle can nick one on the break they may have a chance. It'll be down to organisation, discipline and stamina. So, a repeat of the Man U game is required. Hopefully, Benitez' spirit will dog The Reds as much as Sir Bobby's dogged Mourinho the other week.

Not sure how that line up is going to work? One of the 3 wingers in the hole? Or 3 at the back with Kenedy playing wing back? Any ideas
