I have voiced these concerns, Dazza, but there only seems to be you and me who are worried about it!

I mentioned it to one of my bosses who was gobsmacked. Do you have a date for when it will be seeded? Must be close with the topsoil going in place.
The seed can quickly germinate with the right care but to root zone will not be anywhere near strong enough for heavy use from August.
It will look like a throw back to the pitches from the 70's

I've been told about 10 days to seeding - first friendly, as far as we know is 21st July
