White smoke has bees seen above the vatican, so either the cleaning lady has lit the fire or the world has a new pope. Not sure what his name is but pretty sure his first name will be Pope.

I'd imagine they are just having a crafty fag ... you know what these Catholic Priests are like! :9:

Heard his speech? "Let us prey for each other and the entire world... except the Malvinas islanders and the fucking British occupiers! Amen."

BBC translator apparently couldn't translate the Lord's prayer.

Surely they aren't mocking Francis?

Boggleeyes is off to a good start.

Not only has he commented on the Falklands previously, but he's also apparently called same sex adoption the Devil's work.

Kudos to the Vatican....their ability to chose complimentary Popes is unbelievable.

Same sex adoption an 'abuse against children'....should he be whispering that really? Whot you know, with all them priests and things.

Pope Francis ?
Francis ?

With a name like that he can fuck right off.

The name Francis is always followed by the phrase "antichrist" in our house

Ha ha skeggy that is brilliant!! I can just picture him coming out onto the balcony and saying ''super smashing great, listen to Tony, take your time.''

Also Saurat, not sure Pope's hgenerally ask people to prey!

(apart from perhaps behind closed doors when instructing his bishops regarding young alter boys)

So the new pope's a Jesuit? Let's see how living in that huge palace with all the gold around him sits with his vow of poverty.

"The vow of poverty is focused on using one's energies, talents, time and resources for the good of others. In an age when possessing means power over others, Jesuits take a serious promise to live in a public way as Christ did, believing that people are more important than things."
