so not sure who takes us through to the summer, but copilot suggests the following are on the list as a perm replacement, although I removed Xavi and added Pereira and Ferreira

I went for De Zerbi, it wont be him though as he'll end up at Spurs.

If it was De Zerbi though I see him getting a reaction, points on the boards, doing well in Europe and then having a huge fallout with the owner as we'd all expect at the end.

i didnt add him as unrealistic, but i think we might had an ok squad for Amorim to work with given his system. not perfect fit, but i think he could work and build on the players we have. just not going to happen though

It will be Pereira.

But I’ve gone for Cooper, because I genuinely feel like there’s a chance we could get him. And if we’re relying on new manager bounce and fan sentiment - is there a better man for the job?

He’s also proven his ability to get us out of the Championship, if indeed it comes to that.

Would make no sense in terms of long-term strategy obviously. But that went out the window anyway when we appointed Ange.

There is only one on that list who is being mentioned, Perreira.

The other managers on the actual list are:

Paulo Bento

Diego Martinez

Oscar Garcia

Michel

Gary Megson declined the opportuinty to comment.

Pointless thread

Decision seems to be made, it's Pereira

Fuck knows why. Absolutely disastrous appointment that is just going to sink us

I cast my vote in terms of a long term replacement and I quite like how Fabregas has been doing with Como. If Pereira comes in it certainly will not be as a long term replacement based on his recent record. Based on his record this season with Wolves I’m not sure why he’s being considered at all.
