Sorry, not quite nothing - you've claimed to know about David Dein, and have banged on about predicting his attendance, as if that proves everything you have said. Though you also add he isn't buying us, so still don't know anything pertininent to the discussion.

So, in synopsis:

Jom knows no info about a takeover, though some bloke in a pub/some bloke on the internet/his vivid imagination tells him it is already a done deal. He knows no specifics other than that David Dein was going to attend the Bristol game, but that is irrelevant as he is not buying us. It's a bit all over the place and has deviated a great deal over the 53 pages, but I'd put this story up there with Jom's other classics like MON succeeding Billy once the billionaires took over last summer. We all know how that one ended.

p.s. Jom - It doesn't take Sherlock Holmes to guess that we will soon be sold, so 'I told you so's won't wash with me when we eventually are. I say this as they will inevitably come, what with your frequent 'I told you so's about David Dein (despite the fact that you predicted some vague easterner would be showing up). As a final tip for you - previous responses show that you don't take too kindly to people doubting what you say - maybe try not taking yourself so seriously, I know an increasing number of people on these boards will be taking that attitude towards you.

This Jom fella. It's hilarious how a poster on a forum can become such celebrity and legend. I was a mild observer of this forum in his days but never posted in the times he did. There have been times in the past I had myself in absolute tears at some of his musings, predictions and arguments. I was never sure if he was for real or just on a wind up.

We're there not some parody accounts of him on other platforms which were hilarious in equal measure.

He was deadly for real. Talking BS absolutely non stop but saying it enough times that he believed every word in the end

He would every so often become my friend on pms for a day with a truce message then be calling me vile or even worse Mark Arthur's chum the very next day lol

Dare to question him at your peril in the forum

And he had about 3 or 4 lapdogs who kind of worshipped every word he said and used to thank him for the info on here
