New offside rule

I see the linesman and referee in the pool v bournemouth game didn't get the rule change. How did he not give coutinho offside when it was clear as day he went for the ball.

The bias against Bournemouth by the officials in this match has been shocking.

Very impressed by Bournemouth, only the officials stopped them getting something out of this game.
Eddie Howe could well be a manager to keep your eye on.

Bournemouth played good football. Nice to watch for a change. Unlike many of the other sides in this league.

What's worse is that it isn't even a rule change, it's an addition of detail to the original rule because the officials where finding it hard to understand what the rule book meant by interfere with play.

...and they still got it wrong. Maybe they need a picture book.

The players have said they were told time and time again about the addition to the rules but obviously the referees weren't.
