FFS dont you lot moan - can we change the name to Gillingham Moaners as i dont see much support going on

Yesterday we were away to a side on the same number of points as us - the game could have gone either way. Yes we lost but based on the form of BOTH teams that was the correct result.

Only 8 games have been played - the league will have many twists and turns just like it did last season. We dont have an automatic right to be top of the league.

JED will be our manager until at least next March - we cant afford to pay off managers.

Don`t care about the Spurs match - well you should as we can get another big pay day if we pull of a miracle - but that would have always been needed BUT we can do it

Did you see us piss Shed U off the park at the beginning of last season. This current team have better ability than that one yet they can't play that way. Why? What's changed?

FFS who gives a monkeys what happened in the past - you cant compare teams or opposition.

Leicester will probably finish in the bottom half this season and on paper they now have a better team

you know Ive watched that Sheff utd game again towards the end of last season. WE had an amazing amount of luck the diamond formation was relatively new to the season ie we werent found out. Everything we hit went in.
Yesterday if the same luck had applied we could have killed this game off at half time as we were so dominant.
Three quaters of that season contained some of the best and most exciting football ive seen at Gills for a long time. Weve got some big players to come back yet. Just remember Barnsley were near the bottom at Christmas last season. We played very well yesterday for 75 mins until our midfield dropped off their midfield and attackers. Just need wright and Byrne to actually put some tackles in.
Weve got a better squad overall than last year but we suffered three serious injuries in preseason.
and Port vale are decent and we played them off the park initial;ly.
so hold fire and sit back and wait its a long ride
 
I thought this was going to be a post about how you're changing your username to 'puppet'.
 
Since the Wigan game we have played 29 games and earned 30 points, average 1.034 PPG, 47.586 points for a full season, relegation form.
Yesterday Vale were under the cosh, their manager changed shape, made substitutions, turned the game on it's head, Jed makes changes and we seem to implode.
How is it that with a manager and backroom staff being ex defenders, we as a team can't defend.
We do need to give it time, my problem is I'm running out of time, I don't make plans for 10 years time anymore I have to live for this year and hope for next.
