Does that make it good business sense?
fair overall, except dont think our gates had suffered under our last couple of managers that have been sackedNot one ounce of sense; how big an influence do the paying, on non paying if this site is anything to go on, have on that with their demands for instant gratification?
You get the very same people craving continuity one minute and regime change the next.
The people who own the clubs could ignore the noise but they are in a very difficult position; they are governed by the constraints of P & S and for most clubs the biggest income stream they have is getting people through the turnstiles.
When people start to vote with their feet, club owners revert to their default position and panic.
To be fair it could be double that as far as I care.Who are the coaches he has brought in? 6 of them??
The very fact that the club have sanctioned the employment of 6 new coaches to go with the new manager tells us the direction that we intend to go. Buy young players with potential and intensively develop them hopefully into much better players to either sell on or keep to increase the quality of the squad. Just a hunch but I think the turn over of managers has finished for the time being.
I think that this policy has been more than hinted at in comments and interviews recently with both the owner and manager.I certainly hope so JB, the point you raise re coaching is an interesting one. can an average player be turned into a great player with better coaching?
It was certainly something BC excelled in ?
