Anyone been on the new system yet ? - what a complete balls up you will find !!!

I could have done a better job on my SInclair Spectrum in 1985 !.

Just logged on, thought, Oh goody, its on, I can buy my Walsall tickets.

Go to the "Tickets Section" - guess what I find

"no events found"

Apparently, we are not playing a single game of football anywhere at anytime.

So called the ticket office and bought them (mind you, that was another ball ache ! - we have one of my sons mates staying with us next week, so was gonna take him. Apparently, I can't buy him a ticket unless I register him as a client - I only know his name is Tom - but apparently , no , I can't buy a ticket until I register him - so I now have another son - Tom (my surname !).

THEN

Try looking through the new site - you need a PHD in Astro Physics.

Unless I am missing it, the only way of seeing how many away "stamps" you have, is going through line by line, seeing who went to which match.

THEN

As I usually buy the tickets for all of us, I went to look in the "relationships" section - guess what, they are all gone ! - only mine and the kids remain , that means me having to ring / text all my mates to get all there details. So I get the one and try to add them - it asks "have they got an account ?" - how do I know, an account to what ? - is that a client reference , or is that a log in to the system - I have no idea

In short (lol)

IT IS SHITE !!!!!! - and I am peed off coz it's just took me 45 minutes and 4 phonecalls to do what should have took me 30 seconds

 
Well Ia had a look around and didn't seem as bad as you make out Holtelower. Sorted out the password without a problem and it also had the relationships bang on straight away.

Bear in mind that it is the first few hours so you can expect some teething problems surely.

It is a ticketing site, if you csnt buy a ticket what the feck are you supposed to do on it - play Pac Man !!!!!
 
Well be warned whilst you wait - the only game you can buy tickets for on the site is Watford - if you want anything else, I would log off and call them
 
I wasn't interested in buying anything, just wanted to have a nose around. All seems in order, apart from the lack of match tickets on offer. All my details correct and my son and father-in-law still there.

I must say, the seating plan is far better than the previous one.
 
Yup it looked all ok to me as well.

I was super organised and bought my Shrewsbury and Walsall tickets ages ago.

GOT ME STARTED NOW !!!!

I queried when I rang why the Shrewsbury tickets weren't showing on my history, and that may be crucial for buying away tickets - I was told Friendlies do not show on your history.

2 minutes after I put the phone down - guess what came up in my history - Walsall !

Humph !
 
Absolutely fuming.

Went to the ticket office web address, got directed to it, logged in with no issues and my passwords were changed with no problem at all.

God i hate it when things work.

Looked ok to me, seemed quick, not followed through to buy anything yet as only Watford game was for sale, process looked easy for it though. Can't buy as I'm away on that date.
 
Holte Lower has blown a gasket and the season is still few weeks away. For all our sakes (and his) hope we get off to a flier. LOL.

Away for the first game so want to flog my seat. I think it was Seatwave it last season?
 
that's a point, not sure which legalised ticket tout system they are using this year. I'd make them all illegal unless they sell at no more than face value. The ones used before I would guess were part of the rip off ticketmaster empire.
