The Fear

A Wise Man (once sat next to him)
Just an awesome place. If you are into training, great, if not, great anyway as it is basically a high quality online butchers with amazing prices.

If you are buying supermarket crap instead of this, ask yourself why? Seriously better and full traceability as you can see from this video:

I don't buy meat from anywhere else now. Their snacks like almonds are quality as well. The other week I was due almonds in my delivery, they didn't meet their quality standards so they didn't send them and gave me a free grass fed chicken to say sorry!

If you buy anything from them please use my link, you get something free and I get a fiver credit:

Totally agree with JF. I decided to explore it a few months ago. Changed everything over to theirs now. It has helped my 2nd son eating habits too. He is bipolar and struggle with digesting food (he is not anorexic) Realised it's down to all the chemicals.

Muscle food, is clean, beautifully fresh to look at and cooks beautifully. It is no more expensive than the supermarkets IMO. Infact alot of the products are cheaper.

Not just their meat either. They sell fruit and veg. Yet to try their fish but will be buying some soon. Using up what I had in the freezer first.

Their satsumas and apples have so much taste in them. The jacket potatoes are a fantastic size and taste really good on at an excellent price.

OK JF I am not going to put my code in as well (LOL)

I am doing that on my FB page and already got a few signed up through.

Here's a picture of the first order I had. If you eat meat you have got nothing to lose by using them. I guarantee you will enjoy and save money too

Yes Tarzan they sell pork scratchings. Here's the gen on them below. They don't ell cheese strings but they do sell cheese ;o )

......................................................

High protein, carb free, and lower fat pork scratchings, packed with 24g of protein per bag!

Here at Muscle Food we are always on the look out for the very latest and most innovative products to help you stick to your healthy, high protein diet. And we've seriously hit the jack pot with these brand NEW High Protein Pork Scratchings!

Made using huge chunks of prime pork rind that's roasted until its deliciously crunchy, then given a sprinkle of salt for extra flavour.

But great flavour isn't the only thing these moreish morsels have to offer; with more than 24g of protein per serving they are a whopping 70% pure protein!

Now that’s a darn site more than original pork scratchings, which also contain over 200 calories and 15.9g of fat! Ours however are completely carb free, are far lower in fat and contain less calories.

So you can now nibble away on these mighty meaty snacks as part of your healthy, high protein diet instead of saving them for cheat day!

Are you a fan of a little spice? Check out High Protein Pork Scratching's in fiery

LOL Tarzan! They do sell healthy cereals if that helps. They sell turkey too though I dont know if it twizzles :15:

Bad out where you are now Tarzan. Hope it hasn't affected you and yours other than the usual concerns after such attacks

Thanks for asking. Been a nightmare this week, the airport is just around the corner from us. Not easy. A colleague from our company lost his wife at the airport. Wish we were closer to home to be honest.

America has a taught me that Irish produce is top of the line shit!

You guys should see some of what they push here. I get most of my meat from 'farm to table' type of place.

Sadly you have to pay the premium to get 'premium' here.

Gone on about muscle food (don't be put off by the name) for years. Been with them since 2011 and they are outstanding. Just had a delivery, one item was missing so they emailed to apologise and have given me a free grass fed award winning chicken (along with the refund for the missing item)

Now a trainer and nutritional has done a review as well.
