Mitrovic Sold

Been away getting the batteries recharged and with it a refreshing outlook on being away from Ashley's version of NUFC.

Now im back and looking in it shows how much of this is propaganda plus how hard the current campaign trying to out the fat man is working.

Since when did Ashley's version of us release details of deals not done and awaiting permits as in the case of Muto and since when did we announce any fee we have received as they're generally classed as undisclosed. The Mitro deal price leak stinks of Bishop.

With Gayle playing no part tonight and probably worth around £12m - £15m. Expect him to be paying for Rondon and us still having around a £25m profit to add to the tens of millions we should have available.

It doesn't matter what comes in it never gets fucking spent .

It doesn't but the fact that it can may be used to swot away any heat that is on Ashley's companies.

Even after Rondon is done, there's leeway to break the transfer record on a £25m signing without touching anything that has mounted up. Hopefully people dont forget this and continue with the stuff that's already been done.

Rondon is underrated. I said last season that he was a typical Rafa target in that he is hard working and technically excellent.

Only issue being that he needs a decent partner.

Shame that as a striker he doesn’t score many goals. Which one would assume is pretty essential to be a striker.

It depends where Rafa plays him and how he sees him fit into his one striker system.

If he's bought to play initially in the number 10 slot and gets a partner in the shape of a Danny Ings type then his goal-scoring isn't too much of an issue but even if he is the lone striker, I reckon people will be pleasantly surprised although I agree he will have to increase his goals to be properly judged.

Meanwhile teams like Everton are even moving further and further away from us due to significant spending.

Can anyone honestly say they should be able to do this?

Of course they should. The current majority owner of Everton uses some of his wealth to fund his hobby in recognition that investment leads to growth in the value of his football business. If other owners just want to use their club as a billboard for tat, it stands to reason that they will be out-invested and outperformed. Ashley is the model of making money out of mediocrity.

So Shite Direct’s profits are down and now he’s in talks to spend £50m... funny how the figures would appear to be what SDU’s transfer budget should look like due to the tv money.

Ashley junior has shut his "underground" urban radio station at a cost of £0.5M with no plans for a revival. Radar Radio made a loss of £1.3m this year up from £827k the previous year. Luckily for junior, Radar Radio is owned by Mash Holdings.

Mediocrity is the best we can expect, which is not inspiring.
Fed up with it, they deserve to fail as a club and the fans deserve what they are getting for going through the gates and supporting The Fat Mans treasure chest.
Only way he will be forced out is am empty ground.

If it were taken purely at face value the Mitrovic sale is a good one for the club . Rafa wasn't interested in persevering with him so he was never going to play anyway.
