Central League Cup fixture v Huddersfield T today, behind closed doors. Think we can recall loan players at non-league clubs for this, but Cooper has another (FA Cup) fixture today anyway.
 
All very confusing this loaning and recalling for certain things - to me if a player is loaned out then he's at the club he's being loaned too not up and down from one to the other.

Vickers, Hull , Gratton and Kayode were all in the starting line-up.

Next fixture - Central League Cup, Walsall (A) , 2nd November

Update - same day as rearranged Charlton away game, and was postponed..

Warney previously mentioned on Radio Sheffield a couple of Reserves fixtures that have been scheduled for the near future, and hinted that MacDonald may get a game. First one, if it is still going ahead, is on same day as the Millers first team are scheduled to play Lincoln City.

Chapman, Cooper, Greaves, Gratton and MacDonald were all in the starting line up.

Sounds like MacDonald got through the full game ok.

RUFC Official website - Millers reserves game at Lincoln City, originally scheduled for 25/01/22, has been postponed... which means that Warney will now possibly select some of the fringe players and youngsters to start in our forthcoming EFL Trophy game on the same day.

Millers Reserves 1 Grimsby Town Reserves 0
Scorer - Clark.

The Millers first team was playing on the same day, so it was a young Millers side selected, with Chapman back in goal. McGuckin had to go off injured in the first half, but substitute Clark made the most of his opportunity and scored the winning goal.

Next fixture is Lincoln C. away on 01/03/22 "behind closed doors".

Once again, the Millers first team was in action on the same day, so it was mainly our youth team players involved, although Chapman, Hull and Gratton played.
The Millers Reserves are now eliminated from the competition.
