Most of the stuff should work where you are, as they don't use official channels. The BBC iplayer add on may block you, as it is based on the real one, but many others that include these channels should be ok.
Of course, it does all depend on a reasonable wifi connection.
Yeah, the BBC iplayer is no use at all here. Even on the odd occassion I want to view a video clip on a BBC site is says it's not available in my location.
