Ollie Palmer needs one goal to reach double figures for the season. That would be a good way to celebrate the PFA Player of the Month award.

Matt Rhead needs two to reach double figures for the third season running. That hasn't been done since Simon Yeo.

Harry Anderson needs three to reach double figures for the season. We can dream, can't we?

Only three clubs in L2 have a worse home record than Port Vale's 24 points (Chesterfield 24, Barnet 24 and Grimsby 23).

They have won 6 league games at home, compared to Lincoln's 7 away wins.

Chesterfield v Mansfield kicks off at 1pm.

Defeat for Mansfield pretty much puts them out of contention for the play-offs.
 
Massive game, but they all are now. They will no doubt try and wind Rhead up after his antics last week, he needs to be careful.

I thought BT sport mentioned that Macc only have to equal the Tranmere result to be promoted?

I think they've got that wrong in that case. There is a 12-point gap (85v73). If they both draw today, there is still a 12-point gap (86v74), and Tranmere would have 4 games to play with a far better goal difference.

Probably very hypothetical now.
