Interesting one tonight. Their home record is pretty similar to ours albeit a couple of games less. Both better away from home. Form wise over 6 and 8 there's not much between us either.

Biggest difference is over the last 8 is whilst they've not been scoring too much, they've been fairly tight at the back (GF6 GA7) and we've been the opposite (GF12 GA15).

After our poor results the last 8 games or so, we're in the territory of needing to be picking up wins and and getting back in form now in my opinion if we're going to keep challenging for automatics, so away at a mid-table side, given our record on the road, needs to be one to tick off.

Our away record is exemplary this season. I am optimistic that we will have a good end to the season based on the fact that 6 of our last 10 games are on the road.

Game is at 7.45 pm tonight

Need to be clinical in front of goal, hoping for three points.

sky probably thought this was going to be a cracker when they picked it... we were top, and oxford had just won 9 in a row, both teams were in the semis of the papa john's. now it is two out of form teams, slipping down the table, averaging around a point a game...

so much can change quickly in football.

No doubt we'll miss Jacko at the back and Johnsons pace. Would be great to pick up 3 points with our decimated squad.
Should be a good game, UTI !

I’ve been in the back of beyond for the last few weeks, which has coincided with our downturn in form, so I take full responsibility. I’m back now to some semblance of civilisation and with a decent connection so I expect us to be back at our best and will accept nothing less than a win. Wishful thinking?

we will miss that understanding you get when a back four play together over a number of games. montsma will also be playing left cb, which is not his preferred side when he plays alongside jackson or walsh.

bridcutt is excellent, but we are also missing a lot of spine experience+know-how without walsh, jackson, grant, hopper.

similar to the sunderland game - i will be impressed if we get anything out of tonight's match.
