Not been a kind opening set of fixtures has it - Oxford, Bolton, Wycombe and now Rotherham with Ipswich on Saturday.

Ipswich seemingly been the worst so far somehow! Sure they will get it together but hope them conceding plenty of goals continues into the weekend.

Yep, by all accounts they look very good going forwards, but a total car crash defensively. With the money they have spent and a decent manager you would expect they will start to turn things around sooner or later, let’s hope it’s later after Saturday.

Hopefully our new pitch can handle heavy rain without flooding issues now, although I doubt today's rain will compare with the Bolton game cancelled the other year. Can't wait for kick off.
Indeed not rained for quite a while, in fact the grass near me is looking rather dry.

Can get to this one for a change in midweek. Night games are just somehow that little bit more exciting I think. I see that this is the only League 1 game on tonight so a win would catapult us up quite a few league places

Been a while since we beat them hasn't it. 1999 maybe.
Seem to remember an opening day win against them at the Bank. Lee Philpott scoring one. Not sure if that was the last win. We certainly owe them one.
Are they still land of the giants?

Should be a good atmosphere, under the lights and Rotherham are bringing 1,100. A good effort by them, but the change from a Saturday to a Tuesday has probably cost us a full house.

The only win in the middle of a 26 match run against Rotherham was opening day in 1999.

Two wins in 2019, L1 and FLT

We hammered them 3-0 in the Checkatrade recently … and I’m not sure Ladapo is on par with Tony Cunningham who always used to net against us, for The Millers.

We beat them 2-0 away in the first year back in L1 in the heady days of 2019. I remember it well because it was my wedding day and a mate was keeping me updated.

If those 1100 would kindly let me over the toll bridge, before leaving at the end of the game, it would be greatly appreciated!

Wonder what the viewing figures for iFollow will be tonight? Being mid-week, it will have a few staying in their armchairs to watch, but bound to attract some that wouldn't have gone anyway. It's also the only game on tonight, so may attract a few neutrals too.

(The only game in League 1 anyway).
