Well, after less than two hours of sleep, I'm struggling to be interested today.

Sorry to hear that Jules, still time for a nap. As a rough rule: some physical exercise during the day, no coffee after 3.00pm, no food or alcohol two hours before bed seems to work for me. A decent sleep makes such a difference.

Fog is lifting, it’s a lovely sunny day, fully expect a win. When we play well we are a great side, need to do it for a greater portion of the game though. Come on City.

We have the potential to be a very front foot team as evidenced by the last 15 on Tuesday.

Skubala inherited a 5 at the back and has continued on with that to great success. With the attacking options available I wonder if he would consider a 4 to get another forward player in the mix.

I expect Hamer to slot in for Jackson today but it is certainly one to consider, especially when Reeco is fit and when Ring is up to speed.

Orient a team that like to keep the ball so expecting to lose out on the possession stakes again but hopefully in areas they can’t hurt us.

When we’re pushing at the right end of the table they all feel like big games.

UTI.

Makama last scored from open play against Orient, 16 appearances ago; today would be a nice way to end that drought. I wonder whether MS will be tempted to play Ring up front after his display at Blackpool?

Aside from the disabled seats and the Stacey West which is greyed out, there appear to be about 100 seats remaining around the three sides so if you are sitting on the fence it's time to jump off. Still some seats together available.

If Hamilton and Hackett are fit enough for the bench then, assuming we've picked up no injuries, it'll be a strong one.

Hamilton hasn't played for eight months, and Hackett for six months - it is highly unlikely they will have any significant impact from the bench in the short term until some match fitness returns. Patience is required, I think. Expect to see them get half a game against Cleethorpes on Tuesday.

What is grassroots day? Haven't seen anything about that.

Cambridge had theirs last Saturday, a 'junior' (Lincoln based?) team in red & white stripes were part of it

I daresay you are correct, but a little cameo particularly from Reeco, I wouldn't rule out entirely.

He hit the ground running away at Wycombe when he came on having been out for a good chunk. I would say he changed that game which was a spring board for us. He's a different type to Hamilton creatively and the width/balance he could bring to the left for 20 minutes or so might just create one or two opportunities if we were chasing the game for a winner or equaliser.

We need to get the balance right today between agression and organisation.

First 60 at Blackpool we were diving into tackles and pressing way too high. The result was we were all over the place as regards positioning.

Huge competition for a bench place today if Reeco and Hamilton are in contention.

I hope that you find a way to enjoy the game.

Hamilton on the bench.
Hamer for Jacko
Bayliss for Moylan
Draper for Cadamarteri

Without checking we have rotated our starting front two a bit so far it seems
