"We have to go out there being positive and really believing that we are going to win.":

"We have to go out there being positive and really believing that we are going to win, we certainly have the skill to beat other teams. When attacking we need to be quick, make sure we test their keeper and be ready to capitalise on mistakes."

MA: "I know why we lost the game, but I still can't get my head around it.":

"I still don't like the bloke and you won't find me singing his name, but he's doing a decent job on a limited budget." (Who Are Ya?) - LIVE AT 06:30:

"I've always strongly disliked Steve Evans because of his on and off-field antics both against us and in general but I can't deny he's a shrewd operator. I still don't like the bloke and you won't find me singing his name, but he's doing a decent job on a limited budget."

One of our toughest games of the season I think today. The Gills are forth in the current form table and I think are unbeaten in their last 13 games pf which the last 3 are wins. Add into the mix another very blustery day and a very robust opposition with John Akinde looking to put one or two over us, we really need to be on top of our game. After last Saturdays post match comments it will be interesting to see the starting line up. Bozzie is surely a must. Hopefully young Scully will retain his place today. Should be an entertaining game . UTI 👊💥

Bit worried about today. I’ll have a couple extra pre-match I think.

First goal’s massive. As long as we score it in the last minute of time added on we’ve got a chance.

Have any of your supporters made a one-match knee jerk reaction to John Akinde which they will never go back on despite his efforts for your team yet? (I think he will be an excellent player for you)

what a daft question that is.

Tough game today, but we seem to play better against the tougher teams - going for a 1-1 draw.

Remember all those games in the season we got relegated out of the league that were must win games?
This is a must win game, not for the fact its do or die against relegation because I dont think that will happen. We just need a win to give us a bit of confidence back and put us one game closer to safety
Expecting a fair few changes from last weeks disappointing defeat but that is what happens to teams that are inconsistent.
Let's hope the manager can find the right combination of players he has at his disposal that will get us a victory and 3 points and just as in importantly give us both, players and fans, that little feel good factor lift we need right now.

A big, competent, physical team on a good run against... the Imps.

I can see only one result.

If the first goal is so massive, how come we sometimes find it so difficult to locate.

Is our away form due to away goals being made less massive, without them telling us?

Disagree that it’s must win. Aldershot on the last day was must-win. This is a nice to win to get us all back on track, especially given the two week break we’ve got.

Damage limitation today.

it’s ok playing lovely football with premiere league youth team but I feel we will be over powered.

I feel Akinde will come back to haunt us.

I hope I am wrong
