Obviously going through a bad patch at the moment, for the past month maybe, I was really disappointed with last Saturdays loss and the manner it happened in the final seconds, but last night reality struck home that we have a relatively small squad with key injuries which you can cover for only so long. It has caught up with us, and not surprising. Thats not to say of course when we get a few more bodies back we cannot go on another winning run so all is not lost, but the play offs could be our best hope. All sides are going through the two games a week routine so we should be no more tired that the rest of them, but some, not all, may have bigger squads to rotate. We just have to get on with it.
I do believe with the loss our fantastic home support it has effected our home results, the value of which in previous seasons has gained us many crucial last gasp points. Nothing we can do about that but I do believe it is a factor and away teams have benefited from it.
Still been a fantastic season and the structure of the Club from top to bottom promises exciting times ahead.
