Setting off shortly. Have to drop the lad off at work in Telford first thanks to the rail strike then heading back to the old county.

For reasons I won't go into, this month has been pretty shitty all in all but having the season start at the end of it has been something of a small ray of light at the end of a tunnel and I'm really looking forward to getting back into the stands today. I'd love a win plus a good performance but just being back at the spiritual home is enough for me today.

Safe travels to all attending

Up the Imps

I couldn’t be less excited about the start of a new season. Hopefully will change once I get the smell of the crowd

It all feels incredibly low key this year. Very different to how I usually feel for some reason. Expecting the worst hoping for the best.

I am glad the footy season is back but definitely don’t feel confident with how we things will go, we do seem to currently lack enough quality.
