2nd goal, both against shite 4th division reserves sides in the Piss Pot Trophy. I don't think he's scored in the league since last December? Might have 1, but I can't recall it.

Funny old game.
Their first goal came when Thompson went down claiming a foul. He was still down and the winger got the ball down his side. Cross over, decent finish but Gabriel should have done better.
2nd goal was offside. I was sat in a direct line with it. That liner was fucking useless and it showed.
Ref is a conference ref and that showed too.
Boos at halftime
Rhodes Thompson trying. Embleton some nice touches, Ashworth had a decent half at CB too.
Gabriel had gone close, Rhodes too Embleton inches wide from that last FK, but the team went off to boos.
I changed my position from the seats to stand behind the goal.
Subs made the difference.
Apters only decent cross flicked home by Rhodes.
Bondo nearly scored
Finnigan with an absolute worldie volley to the top..bin saved the day. In-between they hit the post.
Their no 9 looked a really tricky player. One to watch.
On to pens and Tyrer decent first pen stop as we ran out 5-4 winers and top of the group - thus ensuring home advantage next round.
A new ground for me.
Food was excellent, just shows what a bit of thought can do with footy catering.

He'd be better retiring. And to think that's the best our recruitment team can come up with? We need a clear out, get them gone.
