We have 3 dogs , one is lying next to me one is lying on my feet and the other is snoring her head off on a bean bag, no problems at all.
In saying that they are used to a lazy life, I learnt a long time ago a large dog flap to allow them free movement to the garden., makes my life a lot easier. Shout squirrel and they shoot out and exercise themselves

I would love another dog, or two, but our house is upside down if you can picture that.
It was built like that to get the views, and that entails stairs, which in turn bring problems for pups.
I want to flog it and move into the back of beyond, and they can have as many dogs as they want, but I am meeting with resistance.

I am coming under intense pressure to drop my opposition to a working cocker.

No, my sister, niece and Mum are having him. They are only 5 minutes away, having moved close to me two years ago.

You move 200 miles away to get some peace, then this happens!!!!
