Manchester United v Aston Villa Saturday 25th September 12.30pm K.O

I'd tell Konsa before the game he's been bad mouthing his mother.....the look on his face could of killed Kepa before his penalty, he only had to shout " Twat" and it would of been perfect. Ronaldo = Konsa's back pocket 👍

When I suggested our strength and conditioning staff werent great because Davis kept getting injured I was laughed at. Some lads do have injury proneness but when its happening to multiple players thats a pattern. Cash got injured from playing too much and then got injured again in his first game or two back. Seems to happen to every player for us. They get injured, "recover" and then after 1 or 2 games they get injured again.

Something is wrong IMO.

I've said it for ages mate.

I doubt it’s the technical competence of the staff, however it could be the power of the footballing management who are overriding the medical staff more than what you get at other clubs and creating a higher risk of injury.

Or it’s none of that and we’re just unlucky

Wot I took from the 2 Chelsea games is that we are pressing a lot more than we used to. And yet the team is getting through the 90 minutes far better.

That tells me that our fitness and conditioning regime is far better than it used to be. The new gym and facilities are paying dividends. However, the demands being placed on players are higher than they used to be, and maybe those returning from injury or who haven't had a full pre-season (as none of ours did really) are likely to be a bit more vulnerable. Patience.

By the way, we will beat United. Relax.

This is why we love football. Of the front runners, Chelsea and Liverpool are more than a couple of steps ahead of Man City. Man U in my opinion are way behind these three, although looking at the table you wouldn't think so.

Watching the first 5 minutes of the Cup game, I managed to get £5 on West Ham to win 1-0 and a couple at 2-0, 2-1. They were so much on top. OK, to their credit, MANU are the Houdini of the footballing world, but after watching them against Young Boys (Not a crime), I 'm still not that impressed.

After our two competitive games against Chelsea, in all honesty, this is a step down and logically we have less to fear.

That being said, it's at Old Trafford, It's Mike Dean. I've not looked up the stats, but players always seem to break their goal scoring droughts against us.

Cue Donny Van Der Beek to score a blinder at some stage or Ronaldo to improve on his 6% free kick conversion rate.

In Mike Dean and "Penaldo" we have two of the most egotistical people in British football.

Add "Penades" and all the other blatent, diving cheats in the scummy Utd team then what could possibly go wrong for them to cheat a penalty to win the game.

I am just upset Bailey isnt playing I really wanted United to be pissed they got Sancho instead of him. Now Sancho who has done fuck all will probably score and Ronaldo will finally get his penalty too.

Dean if you're listening, please beat these fucks. Even better give Archer a go later in the game to do a Macheda on them.
What happened to him, never heard of him after he did that to us.

I think we should not be shocked if Penandes, Penaldo and Penba all get a pen each. The team should be called Penchester United.

Hard to judge from the outside looking in as we can’t see what they are doing, and even if we could I doubt any of us really have the expertise in that area to make an informed judgement. With Sanson and Bailey it wasn’t surprising really, it happens a lot after a long lay off to recover from one injury but then other muscles then break down because they’re out of sync having not been used properly for months.

I will admit though that there have been previous occasions where it’s been clear players not fully fit have been put in the side - Drinkwater and Barkley the two that immediately come to mind, McGinn during “project restart” after his long injury didn’t look right either.
