Tally Ho! It's Foxes Hunting Season
Brenda brings his bunch of assassins to the Etihad, (watch your back Brenda). Even at the stage of the season where normally games come at one a week we are already in to League and Cup competitions and though we have won both match there has been a price to pay.
Always look on the bright side, Foden found the net again on Thursday and Liam delap our 17 year old Academy Squad member made his debut and scored. Pep says he has only 13 fit players "“We have 13 players, we have to win the game. We have many games, we have to win the games.

Pep's view he said “We have to do everything to have control as much as possible. we don't have all the players or time for training so it is what is and we have the players in the academy to help us.”
“Leicester have exceptional players up front and in the middle. We know it. We know how tough it will be.
“They are leading the Premier League right now. It will be incredibly tough, we know that. It is always difficult and it will be no exception.
“We play at home. I see the team really well in terms of happiness. The young players help us a lot and we move forward.”

Ilkay Gundogan continues to self-isolate due to COVID-19, though it remains to be seen whether Aymeric Laporte will be fit enough after his bout with the virus.

Otamendi also slated to be part of the deal to bring Dias to the club so the ‘niggles’ may be intended to a avoid another Sané like situation.

For sure the big Otter is being kept in wool for his move, as for 13 fit players this is sheer hyperbole. However if Pep is looking for sympathy that is up to him. Keep Vardy checked and we will win, simples.

Stones and Otamendi both missing, should we start the rumours that they are being sold as the windows closes and City according to reports have got a central defender, but whether Dias is choice ABCDE or F may be revealed once the dust has settled

More from Rob Pollard at the Etihad ahead of kick-off...

"Can’t wait to watch Nathan Ake today – I thought he was superb against Wolves. It looked like he’d been playing at City for years, such was his comfort on and off the ball.

"Still cannot get used to this stadium being empty. It’s dressed beautifully with the flags and banners – but it’s not the same without our fans."
