I had had a bad feeling about this game. Couldn’t put my finger on it before the game - just a feeling in my water. Derby’s are in a sort of Dead Zone outside the rest of reality and things can get twisted and surreal. We gifted them a penalty, then we froze, could not convert the chances we created .....and then re-ran the same tape in the second half. But if it means Oily is hailed as a Footballing Tactical Colossus and keeps his reign of mediocrity intact.......well perhaps there is a silver lining,
Also .......with Meghan and Harry sucking all the oxygen out of the media-sphere the timing might not have been a bad thing.
