It's hard to take and I have the hump, but I agree with Buzz, that mighty game on Tuesday had taken it's toll.

 
I think if Pep had played his strongest team, we would have won this. He didn't and gambled with the team he had and just that bit of luck deserted us when we needed it.

A top team should not be affected overmuch by a midweek game no matter who it is against. A top side should have picked other players if the manager thought some of his team were tired.
Against a team of Boro's standard there should not have been a problem.
