How can they justify it, I've had my account debited by £50 today, as I voluntary wanted to go in the DD Schemes, I have no problem with that, but the previous ticket prices were sustainable, and fair, but £50 for the biggest game in our history, is just profiteering in my opinion, I paid £70 for Barca away, and £54 for Seville, away, I have booked for Paris too, but I can afford it, just, but it is getting close to saying enough is enough,

Why do we shoot ourselves in the foot with the ticket pricing? We are doing what we always said we wouldn't do, and that is become like the rags, and charge extra the further in the cups we go, it's OK if the grounds are full but there not and this game should be bouncing, but sadly I can't see it, no wonder the rags say it's the Emptihad......

I have read the club's 'justification' and it sucks.

Welcome to the world of the Big Teams. It seems that the Chairman's words about how they want to remain a club where the fans are at it's heart ring somewhat hollow as City engage in the sort of price gouging that used to be the preserve of The Stretfords et al.

The simple fact is that they know that this is a historic occasion and the result - they are hiking the prices to maximise the profits. Given the amount of cash sloshing around in the game these days it is an utter disgrace that these sorts of pricing arrangements should be adopted by City.

On the back of the limp, pathetic displays the fans have had to suffer recently and in the face of the club's increasingly fraught attempt's to cling onto a Champions League qualifying spot......they are having a laugh :013:

A sad day indeed.

Easy solution - don't pay the prices if you don't think that what you're getting in return offers value for money. Same as buying a meal out or a cinema ticket - you wouldn't pay top whack for a meal where the chef and waiting staff had been under performing during previous nights out.

Ironically the more expensive the ticket the better for the walk out - ideally a £93 top priced ticket would mean everyone having to stay until the final whistle before getting to walk out. Worst would probably be a £45 ticket as you'd have to leave at half time and no one would notice anyway as they'd just assume you'd gone to get a pie. Clubs take note!

If this is the price for a quarter final, not including drinks programmer something to eat, what price the semi final?

I don't think this is going to be something we need worry about. At least not this season.

KTC have a little faith, we have had a really bad season yet we have got this far in the CL, putting all their eggs in one basket, PSG might just under estimate us and that could be fatal

The daft thing is, I can see us beating PSG, and that's no idle boast either, I feel the players have something to prove as the title, has been a bit of a nightmare after Xmas, we gave the FA Cup up too easily, and won the Capitol One Cup, the Champions League is a new cup for us, but I think we can do what Chelsea did in 2012.....

I'd like to believe it, but they have been more than a little disappointing so far this season :013:

But the players had something to prove this season after last years dismal defence of the title.

I hope you're right but having something to prove isn't always enough - this is an ageing side and it's starting to creak a little...
