You never know. We may be able to beat the first man now at corners! The pitch looking quite a bit narrower than before is interesting

Not good news for CHO, Aina, Williams and Elanga? The pitch looking quite a bit narrower than before is interesting
Not as far to cut inside before he shoots for CHO !Not good news for CHO, Aina, Williams and Elanga?
But not good news for other teams' wingers either. Isn't this what smaller teams that need to stifle the game do to contain bigger clubs?

Yep that's quality.Top analysis!
They may have left that there, moved the goal towards the Main Stand, and moved the line on the BC stand closer-in to allow space for the new construction.Yep that's quality.
I trust your var more than normal var tbh!
Pretty much that I would think. The planning provisos talked about in the clubs reply to the councils statement I don't really think are doable to be honest? Planning for a much larger capacity stadium could take years. Are the Council prepared to wait that long for their money? I think that's doubtful. If we buy I guess
No additions to the original scheme have been submitted for planning permission.Needs to be purchased and completed before march. Not enough time to submit and get approved the redesign of the Bridgford stand. As far as I’ve read that hasn’t yet been approved?
So, if in his master plan documents there’s something doable but yet to be revealed it needs to be brought to the fore very quick.
A mate of mine, many moons ago, lived on Acacia Walk in Beeston. The new Tesco was going to be built there, and they offered way over the top for their houses. One old boy said he wasn’t moving, and the price went up and up until the offer was too good to refuse.
My mates offer was that good in the end, they ended up with a house on Cator Lane. Lost touch with him now, but I bet it’s worth a fortune now.
I suppose what I’m saying is, that if the owners of the houses on Colwick Road hold out, they could be made for life. So it ain’t gonna be cheap for EM, for that to happen.
Is it as simple as that?the Cpo's require the properties to have to be offered market rates. it stops scenarios like you outline from happening. In truth a CPO is quite hardcore and probably not so common in Nottm.
I thought the guy had it right that only one of the boathouses was actually an issue and that is solved when we buy the land.
The houses on colwick rd tho are stopping the bridgeford end from being redeveloped and makes for better housing in the far corner.
what would happen is they will get a fixed amount per square foot that is based on similar properties in the area. they can appeal the value but not inflate it because they think they can hold em to ransom. they can't.
