I still feel like the next change at The City Ground will be a demolition - the long game being played is to build the narrative that we can’t get what we want at the current site, leading to a 50k new stadium in the middle of nowhere. I hope I’m wrong.

I’ve always thought we’d move from the CG and still think that’s what the final decision will be

6 years to get a stand built is a fucking joke and an embarrassment quite frankly, and we still haven’t started

I was in Liverpool yesterday, talking to a colleague who is an Evertonian.

He is well impressed with the new ground but he was explaining some of the inconveniences he has had to put up with.

No pre match pint within resonable walking distance of the ground.

No parking within reasonable walking distance of the ground.

Just the one railway station within reasonable walking distance.

He informed me that match days are total chaos; not too bad going to the game but utter madness directly after.

Doesnt look like Liverpool Council gave too much consideration to traffic and transport like Rushcliffe have done.
