To be fair that article ticked all the boxes for me as well.
 
Looks like he's obtained lots of his insider knowledge via Gallic working practises and routines.

Perhaps this is a pointer to interest from across the channel, maybe?
 
More industry level info from the oracle.

Today, i was familiar with such notions as the JIT model to car building and the philosophy of agile, to name just two.

Just come across the concept of MAD: very eye opening.

Given their background, i would hope their sage advice is being whispered into the ears of the powerbrokers (EM, Randall, Nottm CC and RBC etc) to make it happen!

EDIT: further info regarding the shoulders rubbed from the dude: namely, the higher ups at NCC from a few years back.

TBH, we'd be mindful to sticky that thread and keep abreast of all the to'ings and fro'ings of the PT rebuild, IMO.

With the price going up on the Main stand redevelopment it might be simpler to start from scratch and look at other options. What happened to the Eastside idea? Is there possible room near the rugby club to have a sports village? Was Gamston only an idea so long as we ground shared?

That ships sailed I reckon woodville. It looks like a LOT of time and effort and money has gone into the City Ground and staying put. They'd have given plans the bullet and looked to move some time ago if they didn't think it viable.

Well I do hope that the club frequent that particular forum as I have given them absolutely loads and loads of free advice on how to build the new stand. It would be nice to think my time hadn't been completely wasted.

That could have been Vital had it not been for the sordid clique and their array of tops off, battered wotnot, tap 2 in-joke BS.

This used to be a real forum but sadly, hundreds of decent, honest, sexy posters are leaving daily to post over THERE.

Not that I know nor care given I have everyone (including myself) firmly on ignore

From what bossman tells me, I think they'd be willing to set-up a meet.

So get your best bib and tucker dry cleaned.
Iron that tie and present like you've never presented before!

One thing, they said, "remember to tell them they must stand to the right of the screen when in front of the Board. Powerpoint presenting mode is best".

No idea what any of that means, hope its of some use!

S/he would eat me alive with his/her presentational skills not to mention absolutely top class name dropping. I would be completely out of my depth. Her recent trip to France for instance was so well described that it was like being there. The whole thing has left me feeling completely inadequate.
