No Buddha, at a Wainscott pub, but I only had two as it was a bit cloudy & didn't taste right. I went home and had a pint of my homebrew Abbott look-alike, which was better. Done home-brew for 50 years now, but it is never the same twice!

Bitters are hard to get rightvaren’t they? A subtle balance of subtle flavours. With IPAs you can just lash hops at them!
 
My own (always superb) omelette. This time with bacon and some wonderfully smelly ancient Brie cheese as the ingredients


For pedants, yes, there were also eggs involved. 🙂
 
But how did you crack the eggs, with a knife, or against the side of the bowl?🤐
I confess it is with a knife. Less messy. Not flashy enough to do it the professional way.

Learnt to do omelettes through my mum's grandmother who was cook to the Officers in Chatham Dockyard early last century. She was French.
