I am delighted to have James signed. He did well for Barrow and maybe this league is the right level for him. Starting to think next season might be a good one.

Yep have to agree excellent signing. Love the way he plays, on the shoulder of the last defender. Will get to see the best of Cassidy now.

Believe this signing was on the cards from the moment Forest Green said he was available, Hignett has a high regard for the lad!
However, I suspect his signing will see the departure of Jake Cassidy.
Personally, I would prefer to see the departure of Donaldson and Munns.

Cassidy, Munns and Donaldson have been on the transfer list since the end of last season but no one is interested. Laing also on list but going nowhere.
