Stated on OS that compensation has been awarded to Pools in respect his move to Fulham.
No doubt that there'll be little left for the Pools coffers after legal expenses paid, nevertheless I have to applaud Raj's determination to ensure that the Club aren't taken advantage of!

I assumed, if you won a case in law, you were automatically awarded expenses. Obviously not, as OP has said. So, another example of the way legal process is being placed out of the reach of people with few funds.

R Singh : "..despite us winning this case, we had to spend a large amount on fees and management time that, under current regulations, cannot be reclaimed. That has to change and I would urge the PFCC to look at this. " What's the PFCC?

PFCC = Professional Football Compensation Committee - basically an arbitration panel, normal practice in arbitration is that each party is responsible for their own costs.

No doubt a Committee formulated by the FA and Premiership.
