So your getting old and your liver is screaming out for some love. Here are a list of foods you should start eating for that healthier lifestyle now your getting on a bit!

Unsweetened Cranberry juice.
Filtered water.
Cabbage.
Sprouts.
Broccoli.
Watercress.
Parsley.
Kale.
Beetroot.
Oranges.
Lemons.
Garlic.
Onions.
Eggs.
Asparagus.
Artichoke.
Celery.
Green Tea - :)

The above foods will help any of the following;

- Acne, blemishes, hives
- Discolouration in whites of eyes or red, swollen, teary eyes
- Hormonal imbalances, PMS
- Heat in the upper body, such as warm face or hot eyes
- Difficulty perspiring
- Bad breath or offensive body odor
- Gas, bloating, belching and nausea
- Constipation or loose stools
- Colitis or diverticulitis
- Hemorrhoids or varicose veins
- Bruises or wounds that don't heal
- Multiple food allergies, sensitivities to fragrances, odours and fumes

I have always eaten/drunk 15 out of the 18 so I guess I should be fit as a fiddle! NOT

Apparently not but it makes you feel great prefer chicken madras though.Thanks GT for the tips but i'm allergic to most of them.
