I am hoping that we can get Taiwo fully fit, confident and firing between now and the next international break. That in itself would be a significant help to us if we get the Taiwo from the beginning of last season back

I'll tell you what I want. 'Not The Match Of The Day' where they look at a match and show defending highlights, instead of goals and shots on target.

Bit surprised with the lack of rotation. Forest at home isn't exactly the toughest game, we could afford to play Quansah, Gakpo/Nunez, Jones and have Chiesa on the bench

Always struggled against cannon fodder ..it's what's always separated us lately against the really top sides that have won stuff ..they put these to the sword while we labour even at home ..we have to find a way to blitz these kind of teams

This will be a bad one. You can lose a game...but not at home to Forrest ffs. Its not even like we've peppered their goal and they scored with one smash and grab counter.
Been such a laborious performance with the only quality coming from Forrest.

These players should be more than capable of brushing aside Forest. Certainly should be able to make a few passes.

There is an interesting point in amongst all of that lot:

This is what happens when the locals get priced out of going to games and preference goes to the Tourist who is willing to pay more.

The Americans who own Liverpool have been doing this by stealth for a few seasons now.

If they do not have a better than expected season it will not only be Slot who comes under pressure, because the Owners are not that popular.

As far as we are concerned, I can see a day when the words to Mull of Kintyre will need to be printed inside the match day programme.
 
There are Liverpool fans on their own forum complaining about atmosphere and also the fact they used to be known as knowledgeable football fans but they are losing that reputation due to all the new plastic fans they have
