Live streams

Good idea Tino. Simple but effective.

At least we won't or shouldn't get posts in the match day thread asking for a link.

FA Cup Third Round v Villa live on the BBC website...

Good idea but does it include the illegal streams found via site like Reddit or Kodi loaded firesticks There are many fans who for various reasons can no longer go to matches or live to far away. For games not on Sky Sports or BT Sport illegal streams are the only way we can watch a game. In the papers today I see that 5 people have been arrested for selling fully loaded kodie firesticks. It goes on to say some games have attached over one million streamers. Surly this shows there is a market place for a legal streaming site charging for their service. I would be more than happy to pay per game for a legal streaming site. I really cannot see that offering streaming will drastically reduce attendance at games. Why can't Spurs TV offer a service to members.

I have BT and Sky. Anything not covered I listen to radio london 94.9 who cover all games I think. I don't do streams.

That is OK Nick I remember when I was young and Spurs played their away games in Europe listening to it on the radio. They were magical times, the radio, or wireless as we called it then, made the games sound so exciting. However now it is possible to watch the games all games thanks to technology and the internet. I appreciate not everyone is happy to do this and that is their choice. My preference would be to pay to watch legally, but until that day comes, I will, like many on the Forum watch the mighty Spurs anyway I can. COYS

The list of streams I have and use on a fairly regular basis IE when the games are not broadcast within the UK (I have Sky & BT Sport) are from illegal sites. One tip - if I add links (these don't become available until around a minute before KO) then please ensure your security is up to date and that you use adblocker. If not you'll be inundated with malware and pop-ups. Other than that the streams are of good quality, with English commentary.

Spurs TV can't broadcast live games because they don't have the rights to show them. They do however show the highlights the following day.

Talking of highlights - I'll happy add highlights via the front pages. I can never guarantee when as that depends on when i'm available and online. I can add them normally well before Spurs TV.

It's not illegal to watch the game via these sorts of streams (don't download software if requested) but rather the host and uploader are the ones in the do-do!. It would however be illegal if I were to put the Spurs game streams on our front pages or via these forum threads. There are exceptions though.

If people didn't watch the host would have no point. It should not be encouraged.

I can't argue with your comments Nick Real Deal. Its just a case of....if the stream is there, it costs me nothing and there is no buffering (depends on your upload speed) then hey, feck the authorities. Just as long as I don't get fined - IP address can be located but we viewers are fine.

My brother has Kodi out in Portugal . He has never paid for Sky even though he is loaded. I don't get the tight mentality. He admits the quality is sometimes dodgy so why not pay for clarity etc. He gets a kick out of not paying then buys a villa , extends it and builds a swimming pool and a massive wall.

He keeps trying to get me onto it but I'm not interested. I like Sky Atlantic and football without complication.

Nick - the cost means nothing to me - I have Sky and BT. I go abroad on a regular basis and watch the 3pm UK time KO on beIN Sport, Cytavision blah blah. The reason why I choose the illegal sites is this...

No 3PM UK kick off is available within the UK for various reasons, most of which I agree with. I watch the illegal sites, mainly NBC in the States cos it's available, free and of good quality vid.

Not everyone can afford Sky Sports or BT. Not everyone can get to or afford going to WHL. Tino you are not going to win this argument. I think Nick is a policeman :10:

Hi

What are the best/favourite streams for watching the Spurs game. I used to use FSI but it seems to have gone and end up relying on sites such as CRIC Free or Soft sports etc but finding they are not very good quality this year. It would be good to hear what other folk find works for them. Also I don't have satellite TV or BT etc but keep hearing about boxes I should look at for getting live games. can anyone give me any info on this please?

I have a list of various streams, one of which is showing tonight's game.

If it doesn't work then let me know and i'll add a couple more.

Like I say, I've used this one before and it usually works. Just make sure your security is up to date and to avoid pop-ups get adblocker - its free and bloody awesome.

I have found Reddit.com always reliable for streams. Forget boxes the Amazon FireStick works great but you must have a free HDMI port on your telly and a free mains socket nearby as the stick needs it's own power supply. Folks will tell you to get a firestick loaded with Kodie. Well you can save £35+ just load Kodie on yourself it's easy. I ain't no computer wizard, I just googled "how to load Kodie onto a firestick" and there are loads of info and even Youtube vidieos showing you how to do it. Kodie by itself will not give you any sport you need also to load on 'add ons'. Again easy to do I suggest SpinzTV it will give you all your sport plus films you'll ever want.
