July 14th is the day of the 3rd place play-off day but the 7th (though quite early in pre-season?) would be the day England play their quarter-final match if they finish 2nd in the group and win their last 16 match.

Oh forgive me, yes that was the Gainsborough Trinity game; the Lincoln United friendly included a decent squad and some trialists.

Confirmed, although r.e. my comment earlier in the thread, I've just noticed we have Sheffield Wednesday on the Friday so that'll explain the date, too.

From what I remember, we had James Rowe, Louis Ramsay and Michee Efete. All spent the season playing in the National League at Aldershot, Woking and Torquay respectively.
