To summarise for some reason we brought a load of Libyans over to create an army for Libyan British interests.
In the end a third ''withdrew'' and ''went home for personal or medical reasons'', a bunch have claimed political asylum (surprise surprise), and another 5 are involved in sexual offense cases here, including 2 who stole 2 push bikes outside the barracks and went on to rape a man in a park.
You couldn't make it up.
